The process of establishing industries in a country or
area is called industrialization. Nowadays many countries in the world have
been industrialized. Industries produce goods of various kinds and supply them
to the customers. Each and every country wants to develop industries.
There are many problems to establish industry. Some of
them are lack of skilled human resources, lack of capital, poverty, lack of
transportation facility, lack of proper market, lack of modern technologies,
lack of storage facility, etc. If we can able to solve these problems then we
can easily develop industries. To solve these problems we should follow these
points. We should manage skilled human resources, we should search proper
market places, government should manage modern technologies and provide
transportation facility.
If the industries developed then it will provide us
many advantages. The economy of country is strengthened as the result of
industrialization. Industries supplies many different goods to the people. Such
as soap, tooth brush, sugar, biscuits etc. It helps to provide employment
opportunities to the many people. Thus, it helps to solve the problem of
unemployment. If the industries able to produce quality and more goods then it
can also exports in other countries which helps to earn foreign currency and
helps to develop nation. It reduces the imports and increases exports. As, a
result a country becomes richer and richer. If the country is rich then it can
provide good job, security and dignity. By the result national unity can be
promoted by industrialization. Therefore, industrialization helps to develop
nation rapidly.
There are the some disadvantages of the industries. We
can see that the problems of pollution is killing people which is caused by the
industries. Pollution invites many disadvantages and destruction. Industries
causes air pollution, water pollution, land pollution and sound pollution as
well. Many people face with the infection of different diseases caused by the
pollution. Some people die due to that diseases which is caused by pollution.
Industrialization caused imbalance in the environment which invites many
natural disaster such as food, acid rain, etc. It is destroying not only the
earth. It is also destroying the ozone layer of the earth. Ozone layer is the
layer of atmosphere which protects the earth from the harmful radiation coming
from the sun.
